MENU

I like to choose good products to prepare the dishes on the menu, whenever I can, I choose those that are artisan and natural with a controlled and ecological production.
I recommend the tuna tartare with guacamole, the Andalusian spinach pastry, the grilled Iberian sirloin and French toast with ice cream.
We also have desserts!.
I select the wines according to their production and origin. I prefer Andalusian wines and those from the Jerez area.
My latest discovery is rare and authentic wines.
When I drank them for the first time, everything changed, there was no going back.
